LinkGather



This plugin will allow you to export the URLs for all your blogs posts in Excel format.

You can get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, or you can just go to the link below:

Once you have installed the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

A new menu item on the menu side of your WordPress portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different offerings available to you:

When you click on the Home offering, this will take you to the plugins homepage which supplies instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links option to navigate you to the page that will reveal all of your WordPress sites published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few links in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL's list, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the articles in CSV format.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of supplying back published URL, it will bring back published pages instead:

wp.me Links


The option for JetPack Links is again exactly the same method as those above, but, JetPack URLs are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for LinkGather WordPress Plugin our plugin to be able to gather those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Hoping that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack Links that it has gathered:
